Done: Better Documentation for Dojo Storage

One of the big criticisms of Dojo is that our documentation is lousy; we are all trying to make this better for the new release that just came out. I just did a massive overhaul of the Dojo Storage documentation, providing lots more info. Check it out here in the Dojo Manual. I go much deeper into how to use it, its architecture, it's API, and lots of frequently asked questions like how to do offline access.
